1. What GymBuddy is
GymBuddy is a service that helps members find other members to train with. We provide introductions and messaging tools only. We do not employ, supervise, endorse, vet, or background-check any member, including those who offer to act as a spotter.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use GymBuddy.
- You are responsible for your own safety. Members are not verified — meet only in safe, public places and never share sensitive personal information.
- You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate anyone.
- You will not harass, threaten, spam, or abuse other members.
3. Health & safety disclaimer
Training carries risk of injury. GymBuddy does not provide medical, fitness, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program. You train with other members entirely at your own risk.
4. No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymBuddy is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the service or interactions with other members.
5. Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or that are reported for unsafe behaviour.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
